Pregnant or planning stage couples
An holistic approach towards parenting right from pre-conception to pregnancy and even after the baby is born. We always talk about pregnancy physical therapy and yoga, but what about the mental health which is directly connected to the baby in womb.
Believe me, its magical! I myself have experienced it.
I have strategically planned YOG sessions, so that the mental and emotional state of the mother can significantly influences the baby’s overall well-being, including its intellect, personality, and physical health.
We can also discuss and plan how to prepare oneself as a parent when you are just in Planning Stage.
