This is my first blog, and I am very excited to share my thoughts and prayers with everyone on the journey of embracing self-care and overall happiness. Self-care is a very personal gift that I inherited from my MOM & I always embrace the value of its existence in my life. Having this superpower from Mom sounds incredibly special. For me, it’s wonderful to have such a meaningful connection with her and to receive this gift from her.

The lessons we learn from our loved ones often shape our understanding and practice of taking care of ourselves. I would love to share some traditions or routines of my mom, if you’d like to discuss them (please comment/reply).
